CitySpring Infrastructure Trust fully acquires Keppel Infrastructure Trust
CITYSPRING Infrastructure Trust (CIT) has completed the acquisition of all the assets and liabilities of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) for a consideration of 1.33 billion CIT units at S$0.496 apiece, CitySpring Infrastructure Management (CSIM) said on Monday.
CIT has also been renamed KIT with effect from the same day.
Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management will act as the trustee-manager of the enlarged trust, whose subsequent new trading counter name will be "Kep Infra Tr", said CSIM in an announcement.
KIT shares will resume trading on Singapore Exchange on May 19, 2015.
