Keppel Corp has launched a voluntary cash offer for the rest of Keppel Land. The base price is S$4.38 a share to S$4.60.
Keppel Corp and Keppel Land halted trading of their shares on Wednesday, pending an announcement, a day after Keppel Land shot to a one-year high of S$3.65 on Tuesday. Both companies also postponed their scheduled results briefings for analysts and media.
