THE first local public float of the year has raised S$17 million through private placements, though the company gave no indication of how strong investor demand was.
Real estate management services firm LHN Limited, which offered 73.9 million shares at S$0.23 each, said in a statement on Thursday that its IPO was fully subscribed. It will be listed on the Catalist, the Singapore Exchange's junior board.
