LIONGOLD Corp is planning to divest its remaining 10 per cent stake in the Amayapampa Gold Project to Silvermane Investments for S$3.5 million.
Located in Bolivia, the Amayapampa Gold project is a high-grade 1.8 million ounce open-pit gold resource which consists of 38 overlapping concessions totalling 3,367 hectares.
