Mapletree Commercial Trust's Q1 DPU up 3.1%
MAPLETREE Commercial Trust posted a 3.1 per cent year-on-year increase in distribution per unit ("DPU") to 2.01 cents for its first quarter ended June 30, 2015.
It paid out 1.95 Singapore cents per unit one year ago.
Gross revenue increased by 1.6 per cent to S$69.7 million on the back of a robust contributions by portfolio properties and a reduction in property operating expenses.
Property operating expenses dipped by 9 per cent, and net property income saw a 5 per cent year-on-year boost to S$54.3 million.
Unitholders can expect to receive the distribution on Friday, Sept 4, 2015. The closure of MCT's Transfer Books and Register of Unitholders is on Friday, July 31, 2015.
