Universal EC Investments offer for UE E&C declared unconditional
Add BT as a preferred sourceUNIVERSAL EC Investments' voluntary conditional offer for all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of UE E&C was on Friday evening declared unconditional.
This is because Universal EC Investments now holds more than 50 per cent - 74.1 per cent, to be exact - of the voting rights attributed to the issued share capital of UE E&C.
The offer will remain open for acceptance until 5.30pm on Jan 28.
