Singapore Budget 2015 will be focused on building Singapore's future, said Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, on Monday.
To do this, this year's Budget will take "major steps" in four areas: to invest in skills of the future and "empower every individual to learn and develop throughout life"; to restructure the economy and support the next generation of business successes by promoting innovation and internationalisation; to invest in economic and social infrastructure; and to strengthen assurance in retirement.
