Having diversified from live music performances to Mice, The Ebenex Group aims to list on the Singapore Exchange by 2028
FROM a small guitar shop two decades ago, The Ebenex Group has become an end-to-end events solutions group – and is aiming for a larger stage.
Since its first external investment in late 2021, the group has taken stakes in eight other companies and is seeking more, as well as planning for an initial public offering by 2028.
Chief executive David Ebenezer Toh founded second-hand musical instrument shop Ebenex in 2003, while studying at the University of New South Wales, and re-opened it in Singapore in 2006 when he returned home.
