Eleven Seventeen Capital, the group behind steakhouses Fat Belly and Meadesmoore, builds F&B concepts around business needs
LOCAL steakhouse Fat Belly has now made a name for itself, but its very existence was born out of necessity as entrepreneur Stanley Seow cultivated the ability to pivot when confronted with business challenges.
“We’ve learnt how to build concepts based on location requirements and business needs, instead of the other way around,” said Seow, a former commercial banker who co-founded food and beverage (F&B) group Eleven Seventeen Capital. Fat Belly is one of the group’s four current F&B establishments.
In 2013, at the age of 28, Seow left his first job at a local bank to strike out in the F&B industry.
